Return Policy – Cactus Cocoon
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Personal care items (e.g., skincare, hair accessories) for hygiene reasons
Items marked as final sale
